STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS – Refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS  –

FRESH – GRILL or SHALLOW FRY for 3-5 mins on each side

FRESH – OVEN BAKE – Brush with olive oil and oven bake for 15-20 mins Gas Mark 4/180C/350F.

FROZEN – Brush with olive oil and oven bake for 30-35 mins Gas Mark 5/200C/375F.
